How are your chandeliers packaged to prevent breakage during shipping?
We use industry-leading protective packaging, including custom-molded high-density foam and double-walled corrugated boxes. For oversized or exceptionally fragile crystal pieces, we utilize reinforced wooden crates to ensure your fixture arrives in pristine condition.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, every Chandelier order includes a detailed instruction manual and all necessary mounting hardware. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for assembly and installation, especially for heavy or complex fixtures.
What is your return policy if the fixture doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard fixtures in their original, uninstalled condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made or modified orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are light bulbs included with my purchase?
To allow you to choose your preferred color temperature and dimming capabilities, bulbs are typically sold separately unless otherwise specified on the product page. We recommend using high-quality LED bulbs for longevity and energy efficiency.
Do you provide a warranty on your lighting products?
Yes, all our chandeliers come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical components. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation or cleaning with abrasive chemicals.
Can I customize the chain or cable length for high ceilings?
Most of our pendant and chandelier models come with adjustable chains or cables. If you require extra length for vaulted or exceptionally high ceilings, please contact our support team before placing your order to arrange for a custom extension kit.
